CUISINE RÉCUP'

The Terre-Contact association animates social link projects and supports collective initiatives. Cuisine Récup? was created to limit food waste.
Each year, several tons of fresh products, still fit for consumption, are composted.
Moreover, we notice a growing demand for prepared meals at low prices, whether in our solidarity grocery store or in other humanitarian associations.
Cuisine récup? is a quality cuisine, prepared by our chef, Stéphanie.
We recover fruits and vegetables that are not sold at the solidarity grocery store, from market gardeners and shopkeepers, to make quality dishes sold at low prices.
The fruits and vegetables used are surplus or ungraded products. However, they are still fresh and of good quality
And we have chosen to use returnable jars to avoid disposable packaging.
