But different: it will be Poivre d'Âne! With the idea of proposing clean wines, without inputs, which respect the environment. Carrying an ethical commitment, Poivre d'Âne and its dissident winemakers refuse the use of chemicals, use indigenous yeasts from the grape and sulphurize their wines little, for natural wines.
