In this workshop, we'll guide you through the fascinating worlds of wine and chocolate. You'll learn how the manufacturing processes of both wine and chocolate influence their unique aromas, textures and flavors. From vine to bar, we'll reveal the details of their creation, enabling you to enrich your taste culture.

2. Taste surprising wine & chocolate pairings

The workshop continues with a gourmet tasting where you'll discover daring combinations between Domaine des Conquêtes wines and carefully selected chocolates. You'll be amazed by the perfect pairings: a full-bodied red wine sublimating an intense dark chocolate, or a fruity white wine combining harmoniously with a ruby chocolate. Each tasting will be an opportunity to explore the contrasts and subtle notes that emerge when these two gastronomic treasures are combined.

3. A friendly, interactive experience
