We recover fruits and vegetables that are not sold at the solidarity grocery store, from market gardeners and shopkeepers, to make quality dishes sold at low prices.
The fruits and vegetables used are surplus or ungraded products. However, they are still fresh and of good quality
And we have chosen to use returnable jars to avoid disposable packaging.
