In recent years, consumers have grown tired of industrial beers, and are turning to products with a more pronounced personality. This richness and diversity of flavors is made possible by a longer manufacturing process, by a more complex assembly of malts and hops, by the addition of original ingredients and by the abandonment of filtration and pasteurization.
There are currently few craft breweries in the Hérault. Located in Gignac, the brewery opened in May 2016. It offers a range of high-quality craft beers and supplies the local market.
