It's the story of a Belgian who goes on a trip to Spain and decides to pass through the center of France, the Millau Viaduct, the Causse du Larzac and then the Terrasses du Larzac? a "detour" that changes your life!
5 years later, I returned to the South of France to study viticulture and ?nology in Montpellier and decided to buy my first vines. A Syrah and a Vieux Carignan.
