Mas Obstin%E9 is a small family-run winery located in the South of France, in the heart of the H%E9rault Valley, in the small town of Tressan.
Thomas has always lived and worked among the vineyards. He is a passionate winemaker who, through hard work and determination, founded the estate in 2022 with its first vintage.
Since 2023, Mas Obstiné has been in the process of converting to organic farming. The wine bears the “Pays d’Hérault” Protected Geographical Indication (PGI).
Out of respect for the vines and the soil, work in the vineyard is carried out almost entirely by hand. The grapes are harvested by hand.
The wines of Mas Obstiné are a blend of Marselan, Cinsault, and Grenache.
The entire winemaking and aging process is carried out by hand.
Aging lasts for at least one year in tanks and terracotta amphorae.
We look forward to welcoming you for a tour of the estate and a tasting.
