Mas Zénitude produces several Ecocert-certified organic and natural wines: Solstice, Zizanie, Roze, Equinox, Audace, and Vent d’Anges. Erik, the owner, practices a low-intervention winemaking style and is part of the Vinnatur movement, which introduces a new generation of enthusiasts to the ancestral tradition of natural wines.

They specialize in artisanal wines that are unfiltered and unrefined, fermented with indigenous yeasts. The result is delightfully vibrant, aromatic, and distinctive wines that fill the gaps left by modern automated winemaking techniques.

Erik bought the estate, which was in ruins, in 2006 and completely transformed it; today, he owns about 7.5 hectares of vineyards and produces exclusively natural wines.
