Argileum, the House of Pottery

Argileum, la maison de la poterie

In the heart of St Jean de Fos, Elie Sabadel’s workshop, well preserved since the 19th century, became Argileum- the house of pottery in July 2011.

The museographer uses the latest technologies in an authentic workshop. The result is a unique and playful experience of pottery-making, the skills of the trade and the ceramic history. Esthetically and contemporary designed, we invite you to an unforgettable visit.

Demonstrations and initiation workshops for pottery making can complete your visit.
