Domaine d'Aupilhac is located in Montpeyroux.
The cellars, located in the heart of the village, were established in 1989.
The estate grows 30 hectares of vineyards under organic agriculture.
Part of this land is divided up into south-facing terraces in the Lieu-Dit "Aupilhac". Mourvèdre and Carignan are the main varieties.
The other terroir is located on the Cocalières site at an altitude of 350 metres facing north. Syrah is dominant there, supplemented by Mourvèdre and Grenache.
