Château Capion

Pascal Dalier works his eight and a half hectares with his wife Christiane at Domaine Du Joncas on some of the highest slopes of the Montpeyroux vineyard, in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac at an altitude of over 300 meters.
Domaine Du Joncas harvests and sorts the grapes by hand, vinifies them without sulfur, and ages them in a combination of concrete and vats for the whites, plus tuns and barrels for the reds.
But from this palette, the wines of Domaine du Joncas, assert a style: all the vintages are chiselled to obtain a fine, tight texture, and all leave a mineral sensation in the mouth, true signature of Domaine Du Joncas.
