Château Capion

The estate was founded in 2012 by Elizabeth Jacquier, a qualified oenologist. The vineyard blocks, situated in the magnificent terroirs of Saint-Saturnin and Arboras are grown organically with complementary biodynamic practices. The grapes are hand-picked into boxes, then fermented with wild yeast. Sulphites are used in homeopathic doses.
